As part of the operation of the Amikado.com/ie website, KADOCOM SAS may collect personal data. This data will be processed in accordance with the purposes defined at the time of collection.

What data do we collect?
Certain data is necessary for us to provide our services and deliver an optimal experience.
When a user accesses the pages of the site, certain browsing information is collected automatically, such as the URL of the referring links, the user's internet service provider, IP address, areas visited, services accessed, and time spent on the site. This information is used solely for internal statistical purposes to improve service quality, and is not personally identifiable.
When placing an order and thus becoming a customer, the user may be required to provide the following data:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Postal address
If the purchase is intended for someone else, the following information regarding the recipient may also be collected:

For certain personalised items, users may upload a personal photo to be printed or engraved on the selected item.

Users may create a member account to view their order history, create a wishlist, and collect loyalty points. A password is required to access the account on future visits.

This data is essential for order processing and delivery, as well as for customer service and order tracking. The user provides this data knowingly and may refuse to do so, but this may prevent use of the site’s services.
Users can also choose to receive a newsletter 2 to 3 times a month by opting in via a checkbox. These newsletters include updates, offers, and promotional codes. Unsubscribing is possible at any time.
Is this data shared with third parties?
To provide personalised gift services, KADOCOM shares certain personal data with:
- service providers essential to order processing, including those responsible for:
- Order shipment (postal services)
- Payment collection (bank cards and PayPal)
- service providers who facilitate communication, including those responsible for:
- Sending automated emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, customer reviews, loyalty points)
- Sending newsletters
- service providers who help us better understand our audience and improve visibility, responsible for:
- Traffic analysis
- Traffic acquisition
No personal data such as names, emails, or addresses are shared with this category of provider.
- subcontractors handling the preparation and shipping of certain personalised products sold on the site:
- Craftspeople responsible for creating and shipping personalised items
These providers are contractually bound to KADOCOM to protect, secure, and respect the confidentiality of the personal data they receive, and to retain it only for the duration required to perform their services. No personal information is sold, traded, or transferred to other third parties beyond these service providers without the user’s consent.
Is your data protected?
KADOCOM is committed to implementing all appropriate technical and organisational measures – both physical and logistical – to ensure a level of security suitable for the risks of accidental, unauthorised or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction of your personal data.
The personal data collected on Amikado.com is stored on a dedicated server in France.
It is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above and within legal limits, including accounting and tax obligations.
Inactive customer data is deleted after 3 years.
Uploaded photos are deleted two months after the order is completed.
Accounting documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) are retained for 10 years from the end of the financial year.

- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or restriction of your data
If you have created a member account, you can also edit your data by logging in. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe via the link in any email.

Tick “Cookies and other site and plug-in data” and click “Clear browsing data”. Then close the settings window.
