Champagne Brut - Tradition:
Grapes: 20% Chardonnay, for elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir, for roundness and structure, and 40% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness.
Nose: Slightly fruity with subtle dominant notes of white fruits: pear, apple.
Palate: Clean and balanced. The fruity aromas express themselves with freshness over good length.
Pairings: Goes well with all dishes. Ideal with white meat or monkfish stew with mushrooms.
Champagne Brut - Rosé:
Grapes: 10% Chardonnay, for elegance and finesse, 60% Pinot Noir, for roundness and structure, and 30% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness.
Nose: A true festival of red fruits! The aromas of blackberry, raspberry, redcurrant, and strawberry remain delicate and convey a feeling of lightness and conviviality.
Palate: Fruity and beautifully balanced, this rosé results from a blend that undergoes carbonic maceration, giving it more fruitiness and less tannin.
Pairings: Pleasant as an aperitif, this cuvée will perfectly accompany duck with bilberries or pheasant, goat cheese, or a dessert with red fruits.
Ideal drinking temperature: Serve at 6-7°C.
