• The main grape varieties in Bordeaux Red are Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, which provide structure, tannins and ageing potential, along with Merlot which adds smoothness and roundness. This wine is characterised by its fruity profile and well-balanced structure.
• Bordeaux Rosé is produced from the same grape varieties as red Bordeaux wines. It is a trendy and festive wine, perfect for aperitifs or outdoor dinners with friends. With its pale pink colour and fruity or floral aromas, it offers great freshness and lightness. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
• Médoc is a wine region in Bordeaux producing high-quality wines, with grape varieties similar to traditional Bordeaux reds.
• Saint-Amour, produced in Domaine des pins, is one of the most refined crus of Beaujolais. Grape variety: Gamay noir à jus blanc. Notes of red fruits with hints of spice, silky tannins; pairs well with poultry, white meats and cheese. Serving temperature: 14 °C.
• Bordeaux White is made from three grape varieties: Sauvignon, Sémillon and Muscadelle. It has a pale yellow, clear and bright colour, with citrus notes and a fresh, well-balanced palate. Best enjoyed chilled between 6 and 10 °C, as an aperitif or with fish.
